International Toy Soldier Gallery is an online gallery and also a real life gallery in Northwest Montana. We are a family business specializing in high quality collectible toy soldiers. Our fine art gallery in Montana has been in operation since 1989. If you wish to see any of the items listed on this web site, we can arrange for a private showing in person in our Montana location. Hopefully we can share our enthusiasm of collecting these pieces of art! Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return your purchase no questions asked within 30 days for a full refund. We only sell mint from factory items!

Items
We sell only items that are factory sealed! Any returned items are labeled as returned merchandise and only sold in our retail store.
We offer Layaway Programs!
Just send us a deposit! A 25% deposit is preferable but you may put down as little as you like to get started. After we receive your deposit we hold the item(s) and you pay as you like. We will hold items as long as you need!

Backordered Items
If ordered items are not in stock it will be immediately backordered. You will be notified of the backordered item and you will have the option to cancel your order. We will do our best to expedite the backorder process. We do not bill your credit card until the item is ready to ship to you.
Pre-order Items
You may pre-order items, especially limited edition items. Please contact us for pre-orders.
Refund Policy
You may return items no questions asked within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. We ask that you return the items undamaged and in the condition they were sent to you. Before returning a piece please contact us if it is concerning an issue that we can resolve. Returned items after 30 days may receive a 20% restocking fee assessment. Packaging
All items are hand packed by us. We take extra care to make sure items arrive to you undamaged. Items are shipped in their original factory boxes and placed inside a larger outer shipping box filled with packing materials.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Price is locked on any item with a deposit place on it or any piece in our layaway program.
Order Policy
We reserve the right to decline any order. If an order is placed with us and there is a error in the price or information posted on the website we will contact you within 24hours and offer you a resolution.
